And I get it — life is full on.

I’ve got a husband, three kids, and a calendar that sometimes looks more like a game of Tetris than an actual schedule. Between school runs, work, and making sure everyone else has what they need, I know exactly how easy it is to put yourself last.

But here’s the thing: I also know what it feels like to suddenly realise… when was the last time I did something just for me?
